Pedas99 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.
You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian address (or other country of residence), email address, and phone number. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if any details change.
Pedas99 is obligated to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. Before your first withdrawal — and at any time at our discretion — you may be required to submit:
KYC documents must be uploaded securely through the Account Dashboard. Standard verification time is 24–48 hours on business days. Pedas99 will not process withdrawal requests from unverified Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Pedas99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:
All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies (including cryptocurrencies) will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Pedas99 is not liable for fluctuations in exchange rates.
Pedas99 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and VIP-tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer.
Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly at the point of opt-in. As a general reference:
Game contribution rates apply. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in each promotion's detailed terms.
Pedas99 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using low-risk betting strategies (such as arbitrage or "scalping") to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and associated balances forfeited.
All promotions are available for a limited period unless stated otherwise. Pedas99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are advised to review current promotion terms before opting in.
All games available on pedas99 are sourced from certified international game studios and are subject to independent Return-to-Player (RTP) auditing. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Pedas99 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so once a certified game is integrated into the platform.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or communication error during the course of a game round, pedas99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the applicable stake to the Player's Account. Pedas99 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
Pedas99 offers pre-match and in-play sports betting markets across a wide range of events including but not limited to: Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Champions League, UFC, Formula 1, and international cricket. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, as published in our Sports Betting Rules documentation. In cases of dispute, pedas99's determination shall be final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pedas99 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the pedas99 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the property of pedas99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of pedas99.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pedas99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from gambling outcomes, interruption of service, unauthorised access to your Account, or reliance on information provided on the Platform.
In all cases, pedas99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.
Pedas99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawal requests may be held until the investigation is concluded.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, you must ensure that your Account has a zero or positive real-money balance. We will process your remaining real-money balance in accordance with your preferred withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the licensing jurisdiction under which pedas99 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent pedas99 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent unauthorised use of the Platform or to enforce its intellectual property rights.
